Founder, Head of Private Advisory & Investments
Sharon's real estate journey began more than 10 years ago, working closely with Dubai's top developers, including Emaar and DAMAC. After years of delivering results and building long-term client relationships, she envisioned something more personal: an advisory experience defined by trust, deep market intelligence, and a level of care that goes far beyond the transaction.
That vision became Wealth Key Real Estate, established in 2022. Under her leadership, the firm has crossed AED 3B+ in transactions, becoming a discreet and sought-after partner for global investors.
Today, Sharon oversees the Private Advisory & Investment wing, where she specialises in guiding UHNWIs through high-value opportunities across the GCC. Her approach is grounded in clarity, foresight, and an unwavering commitment to protecting her clients' best interests.
Originally from China, she brings an international perspective and a natural warmth to every interaction. Outside of work, Sharon enjoys traveling with her two children and discovering new cuisines—moments that keep her grounded, inspired, and connected to the diverse world she serves.
Sitara Saeed Ahmed

Sitara's career spans over a decade across luxury hospitality, food-tech, and prop-tech in the UAE — industries where she built commercial engines, scaled revenues, and led high-performing teams with discipline, clarity and meaningful results.
Today, she brings that same rigor to Dubai's real estate landscape, guiding Wealth Key as a boutique powerhouse defined by intelligence, trust, and calm, assured excellence. Every partnership is chosen thoughtfully, every strategy designed for long-term value, and every client relationship treated with the quiet discretion that true stewardship demands.
As CEO, Sitara operates at the intersection of strategy and execution: designing systems that outperform the market, elevating teams to higher standards, and opening doors to opportunities rarely seen, yet deeply valued by global investors and families. Her approach balances sharp commercial judgment with the refined touch of someone who understands that luxury is not noise, but clarity.
Originally from Pakistan, raised in the UAE and shaped by extensive global experience, she brings a grounded, human perspective to every decision — creating a leadership presence that is both authoritative and approachable, and a firm that is as strategic as it is sophisticated.
Nicholas Zhang
Chief Growth Officer
A true third-culture global citizen, Nicholas brings a rare blend of energy, wisdom, and strategic clarity to Wealth Key's leadership team. Born in Moscow and raised in Harbin, China's northern frontier, he later moved to San Diego during high school — giving him a uniquely global upbringing shaped by vastly different cultures, environments, and perspectives.
Nicholas began his academic journey at San Diego State University, and his curiosity for history, people, and the Middle East ultimately brought him to Dubai 12 years ago. He went on to complete a second bachelor's degree in Tourism & Hospitality Management at the prestigious Emirates Academy of Hospitality Management.
An entrepreneur at heart, Nicholas launched his own boutique hotel in Bangkok, successfully scaling and exiting the business post pandemic. Following which, he returned to Dubai and has proudly called the city home ever since.
Today, as Chief Growth Officer at Wealth Key, Nicholas is the strategic mind behind the firm's expansion and long-term vision. He is the go-to advisor for crafting investment strategies that are sophisticated, human-centred, and built for durability. With deep hospitality expertise, he evaluates opportunities far beyond the numbers — considering experience, behavioural insights, operational performance, and long-term asset value.
As an active investor himself, Nicholas brings a sophisticated, luxury-minded perspective to every decision — offering guidance that is discerning, strategic, and far beyond the scope of traditional brokerage.
